59th Annual Civic Night
on
Monday, April 25 at the First Federal Center on HCTC campus at 6:30 pm.
Governor Paul Patton, President of Pikeville College was the guest speaker.
Halfway to Hazard was on hand for a special award presentation in honor of
Mayor William D. Gorman as well as other civic awards.
